Bath has a lot of period property, and period floors are rarely flat. We level where it is needed, use the right underlay for the room and leave the expansion gaps the material actually requires.

Sometimes, but only where the existing floor is sound, flat and dry. More often it is better to lift it, because a new floor is only as stable as what sits under it.
Yes, with the right material. Luxury vinyl and engineered wood both work well over underfloor heating. Solid wood is more restrictive, and we will say so at the quote stage.
We move and replace normal room furniture as part of the job. For very heavy or fragile items we will agree the approach with you before the day.
